Do you only offer end of tenancy cleaning?

End of tenancy cleaning is our main focus, but our deep clean services are also suitable for homeowners, landlords, and property managers who need a thorough, professional clean.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools to deliver a high-quality deep clean.

Are your cleaners fully trained and insured?

Absolutely. All our cleaners are experienced, professionally trained, and fully insured for your peace of mind.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

What is included in an end of tenancy clean?

Our end of tenancy cleaning includes:

Full kitchen deep clean (including oven, hob, extractor, cupboards)
Bathrooms fully descaled and sanitised
Toilets, sinks, showers and baths disinfected
Skirting boards wiped
Doors, frames, handles and light switches wiped
All accessible surfaces dusted and wiped
Floors vacuumed and mopped
Internal windows cleaned where accessible
Standard household rubbish removed

Is your end of tenancy clean suitable for landlords and letting agents?

Yes. Our service is designed to meet professional check-out standards commonly required by landlords and letting agents.

Do you provide a cleaning certificate?

If required, we can provide confirmation of cleaning upon request. Please mention this at the time of booking.

Kitchen Cleaning

Is oven cleaning included in the service?

Yes. Oven cleaning is included as part of the deep clean.
Heavily soiled ovens may incur an additional charge. Please see Add-Ons for details.

What kitchen areas are cleaned?

We clean all accessible kitchen areas, including worktops, cupboards (inside and out), sinks, taps, hob, extractor fan, and surfaces.

Bathrooms & Hygiene

How deep is the bathroom cleaning?

Bathrooms are fully descaled and sanitised, with toilets, sinks, showers, and baths thoroughly disinfected to ensure hygiene and freshness.

Do you remove limescale and soap build-up?

Yes, standard limescale and soap residue are included in our deep cleaning process.

Add-Ons & Extras

What optional add-ons are available?

Optional services can be added to customise your clean based on your needs. These may include: Oven deep clean – from £30 (heavily soiled ovens)
